Has Anyone Started Seeing Connections Between R&J and their own life?

    I am having a lot of trouble understanding the assignment and I do not see any resemblances between my life and the book because I have trouble understanding the book.

      I agree, this book is very difficult to understand. I am having a hard time seeing things in common between my life and the book because a lot of the time the book is very confusing.

    The themes I am thinking about are forbidden love and being a go-between for friends as the nurse is for Romeo and Juliet.

    There are resemblances between R&J and maybe other people's lives, but at this moment in the book, I am seeing few resemblances to my life.
